Thank you for shopping with Lagda Hotel Supplies. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently, whether you are ordering for a small Airbnb or a full-service hotel.

Shipping Coverage
We ship nationwide across the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • For bulk/wholesale orders, processing may take up to 1-3 business days depending on order volume.
  • For customized orders, lead time is 45- 60 business days since items are manufactured abroad.

We work with the following reliable logistics partners to deliver your items securely and on time:
  • LBC Express
  • J&T Express
  • LEX PH
  • Lalamove
  • Transfortify
  • For bulk orders: we may coordinate with local freight forwarders such as 2GO and AP Cargo for large cargo shipments.

Tracking information will be sent via SMS, facebook messenger or email once your package is
dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
  • Luzon: 3–7 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days
For wholesale or large-volume orders that require cargo shipping, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Manila & nearby provinces: 3–5 business days
  • Luzon (including provincial areas): 5–7 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao (via sea cargo): 7–14 business days
  • Remote or island destinations: 10–20 business days (depending on port and land access)
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or cargo booking
schedule, weather conditions, and port clearance.

Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for minimum order amount of PHP50,000 applicable to limited items.
  • For large/bulk shipments, we may use cargo forwarding (coordination will be made after order confirmation).
Packaging
  • All items are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
  • Orders may arrive in sealed polybags, eco mailers, or boxes depending on quantity and item type.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number or copy of waybill via email, facebook messenger or SMS. You may track your order through the courier’s website (e.g., LBC, J&T, LALAMOVE, TRANSFORTIFY).

Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender
  • Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
