Return and refund policy

At Lagda Hotel Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our hospitality products. While we maintain strict quality checks, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our returns and exchange policy below:

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
  • You received a wrong item, size, or color
  • The item is defective (e.g., torn, stained, or with broken seams)
  • The issue is reported to us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for an exchange:
1. Contact us via email or Messenger with your order details
2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days
3. Ship the item back to us (RETURN SHIPPING COST is FREE if we send a defective or wrong item)
4. Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item or issue store
refund

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for out-of-stock items or confirmed defective/wrong products when replacement is not possible. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer.

Late or Missing Returns

Items returned without prior notice, beyond the 7-day return window, or without original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Use reliable couriers such as LBC OR J&T with tracking
  • Return address will be provided once the return request is approved
